To fill your order, contact you about delivery, and keep a record of what was sold. We don't sell it, we don't share it, and we don't use it to advertise to you. Your information stays between you and the people at the counter.
The people working at the shop, and only when they need to. No third parties. No data brokers. No analytics that follow you around the web. The only external services we use are the ones that keep this website running — and they don't get your order data or your contact details.
Order records for 7 years (that's the tax requirement in Jamaica). Your name and phone for as long as you keep shopping with us — tell us to delete and we will. No arguments, no dragging feet.
Under Jamaica's Data Protection Act 2020, you can ask what we have on you, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it. We have 30 days to respond. You can also complain to the Office of the Information Commissioner if something feels off — but we'd rather you just talk to us first.
